1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nexsouk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of Nexsouk constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Nexsouk account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Each person may maintain only one personal account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Nexsouk to post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; harass, threaten, or intimidate other users; spam or send unsolicited messages; upload malware or harmful code; violate any applicable laws or regulations; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
4. Business Listings
Business owners are responsible for ensuring their listings contain accurate and up-to-date information. Nexsouk reserves the right to remove or modify listings that contain false information, violate our guidelines, or are reported as fraudulent. Verification badges are issued at Nexsouk's discretion and may be revoked if a business's information becomes inaccurate.
5. Tokens and Virtual Currency
Nexsouk Tokens are a virtual currency earned through platform engagement. Tokens have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Token balances may be adjusted, expired, or reset at Nexsouk's discretion. Tokens earned through fraudulent activity may be removed without notice.
6. User Content
By posting content on Nexsouk (including reviews, articles, photos, and comments), you grant Nexsouk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the platform. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post it. We may remove content that violates our guidelines.
7. Third-Party Services
Nexsouk integrates with third-party services including mapping, weather data, and payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Nexsouk is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nexsouk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexsouk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use Nexsouk ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against Nexsouk.
